At Talking Heads, we want you to love your fashion statement; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
